Having originally joined Crest as an intern, Cassia now leads research and consultancy projects as a Senior Analyst in the Strategy & Insight team. She specialises in combining quantitative and qualitative insights to pull out strategic themes from complex findings, and has a particular interest in serious youth violence and third sector organisations working in the criminal justice space. Cassia’s previous projects include Strategic Needs Assessments for a police force in England and two local authorities, and a process and outcomes evaluation for an in-court support charity.

Outside of Crest, Cassia sits on the Board of Trustees for Endometriosis UK, a charity raising awareness about endometriosis and campaigning for those affected by the condition. She has a strong interest in diversity and inclusion, particularly in relation to accessibility and disability rights, and chairs the Endometriosis UK Diversity and Inclusion Sub-Group. Before she came to Crest, Cassia interned in the Strategic Policy Directions team at UNAIDS in Geneva and worked in the Governance team at Girlguiding HQ.
