Top 10 areas by police force: proportion of crime unresolved

Crest's analysis of hotspots of unsolved neighbourhood crime was used as the foundation for Channel 4's Dispatches episode, 'Britain's Unsolved Crimewave'. As part of our analysis we created an interactive map which allowed us and Channel 4 to get a better understanding of the areas with the highest proportions of unresolved crime.

Tackling domestic abuse and serious violence in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland: a webinar with Domestic Abuse Commissioner Nicole Jacobs

Crest Advisory was commissioned by Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Violence Reduction Network to develop a “rapid evidence review” into the effectiveness of domestic abuse and sexual violence interventions in the area.

Kick starting violence reduction in Devon and Cornwall

Crest worked with Devon and Cornwall Police and Crime Commissioner and Chief Constable as strategic advisors and delivery partners to create a locally-funded Serious Violence Reduction Programme.

Who commits domestic abuse? The lessons of our research for preventing serious violence

Crest Advisory was funded by the Home Office to conduct research into the offending patterns of domestic abusers in the West Midlands. We published this research, along with the key implications for practitioners working with domestic abuse perpetrators and those at risk of offending.
