Salary
Analyst - £32,500 pro rata - room for salary progression linked to performance
Senior Analyst - £40,000 pro rata - room for salary progression linked to performance
Location: Old Street, London. These roles require in-office presence of two days a week for both positions
Hours: Both roles are available full-time. We offer other flexible work options, such as compressed hours.

As a rule we are looking for candidates with the following skills and abilities, but are happy to hear from those who have a skills profile particularly weighted more in one area and less in another:
Experience designing and carrying out high quality qualitative and quantitative analysis
Ability to use analysis to produce fresh, cutting-edge insight
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and key insights in a compelling way, which directly answers clients’ briefs
Actively curious about identifying new policy or analytical insights related to criminal justice and public safety
Experience completing relevant project management tasks and processes to ensure compliance with organisational governance processes
Experience completing client management tasks where appropriate
Strong personal time management skills
Ability to foster positive relationships and work collaboratively within a team
Interested in working with colleagues on internal thought leadership projects and presentations beyond day-to-day delivery

Experience conducting and overseeing high quality qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis
Experience leading engagement activities, including interviews and focus groups
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present analysis in a compelling way
Experience tasking and supporting analysts to deliver high quality analysis
Ability to rigorously quality assure data collection and analysis conducted by analysts in their team
Support and develop the analytical skills of individual team members and the wider team
Ability to identify key findings from analysis and interpreting them within the project’s context to deliver fresh, cutting-edge policy insight for clients
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and key insights in a compelling way, which directly answers clients’ briefs
Experience delivering discrete project management tasks on projects and completing appropriate recording of activities in line with Crest’s processes
Experience working with clients, being responsive to their communications and ensuring Crest maintains a reputation for excellent client relationships
Actively curious about identifying new policy or analytical insights related to criminal justice and public safety
Experience engaging with stakeholders, policy experts and clients to gain valuable insights necessary to project aims
Ability to support with the development of internal training materials on analytical methods, and lead the delivery of training sessions for interns/analysts
Strong organisational and personal time management skills
Ability to foster positive relationships and work collaboratively within a team
Interested in working with colleagues and leading on internal thought leadership projects and presentations beyond day-to-day delivery
