
Oli has a wealth of experience in quantitative research. He has a Masters degree in Countering Organised Crime and Terrorism and a PhD in Crime Science, focused on measuring the deterrent effect of police patrols in micro-places. He has worked on projects mapping the geospatial distribution of human trafficking across the UK and a report for the College of Policing analysing the spatial and temporal trends in violent crime in London. Prior to his focus on policing and criminal justice, he worked as the Analytics Director for an agile market research agency in London and designed a unique brand and communications tracking system for a large multinational organisation.
