During his six-month placement at Crest, Theodore will be developing and leading policy-based projects for clients across the crime and justice sector.

 

Theodore is in his second year of the Civil Service Fast Stream, having previously worked as an International Migration Policy Advisory at the Home Office. Before the Fast Stream, he studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the University of Oxford. In his spare time, Theodore enjoys playing tennis.
