Samantha is Crest's Executive Director for Criminal Justice Strategy, shaping our direction for consultancy projects within crime and justice. Samantha has 20 years’ experience of working in crime reduction and held senior executive responsibility for leading strategic change across complex organisations and through partnership working in the public sector.

Most recently, Samantha was Director of Criminal Justice Policy and Commissioning at the London Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime , leading the development of a number of transformation programmes, most notably the devolvement of criminal justice budgets to London for victim services, the recommissioning of violence against women and girls service for London and the development of the London Violence Reduction Unit. She also oversaw some significant evaluations, for example the London Lighthouse service to address child sexual abuse, the response and rescue service tackling county line and new approaches to perpetrators of domestic abuse and stalking.
