Today we welcome Josh Kamps to the Crest team. Josh will be working alongside our Associate Head of Analysis, Savas Hadjipavlou and Strategy and Insight Manager, Ellie Covell on Crest's police demand modelling work.
Josh joins us as Data Scientist, working part-time alongside PhD studies at the Jill Dando Institute of Security and Crime Science, University College London. Josh has a special interest in cryptocurrency fraud and extensive experience in working with crime data following his MSc in Crime Science.
We are thrilled to have Josh on board as we expand Crest's offer on demand modelling. It's an exciting time for Crest as we look to phase two of our model, having recently facilitated a roundtable discussion on police demand in the East Midlands drawing on our recent work with Nottinghamshire police.
