Crest Advisory is an influential and fast-growing consultancy based in London. We’re crime and justice specialists - equal parts research, strategy and communication. Working with central government, police forces, foundations, technology companies, and public inquiries, we:

About the roles
Our team is made up of strategists, policy researchers, analysts and expert communicators. We are subject experts, our understanding of how the justice system functions from end to end, locally and nationally, is gained through our work with clients across national and local government, police forces and criminal justice agencies. We also have a funded research program which allows us to dig deep into subjects including serious violence, exploitation and the impact of the pandemic on police and justice matters.
Demand for our expertise is growing and we are now seeking to bolster our Strategy and Insight team by recruiting at the following levels: Strategy and Insight Projects Lead, Head of Strategy and Insight.

Who we are looking for

Who are able to combine an ability to see the bigger picture, while retaining a sharp eye for detail
Who are able to manage a number of research projects and major programmes of work including large client accounts and can work at pace to pressing deadlines
Who can work across the different areas of business, support business development, manage staff and problem-solve with minimal supervision.

Position in organisation
Strategy and Insight Projects Lead reports to: Head of Strategy and Insight
Head of Strategy and Insight: Director of Strategy and Insight
A competitive salary will be paid depending upon skills and experience.
Strategy and Insight Projects Lead: between £45,000 and £53,500 (pro-rata)
Head of Strategy and Insight: between £55,000 and £65,000 (pro-rata)
Hours and place of work
You would usually work from our new London office, 40 hours per week full-time; a part-time arrangement can be considered. In light of the on-going Covid-19 pandemic, we are adopting a hybrid working model meaning you will be expected to spend 3 days a week in the office, with 2 days at home. Occasional travel to client sites is also a requirement of the role.
Benefits include 25 days holiday per annum pro-rata, participation in the company-wide profit-share scheme, pension, flexible working is available to all employees, subject to availability; other benefits include access to an employee assistance programme, season ticket loans for transport and “cycle to work” scheme.
