Nishat is part of the strategy team at Crest, providing analytical support across a range of policy and research projects.

​

Prior to joining Crest Nishat worked at Macmillan Cancer Support where she designed and delivered stewardship communications for mass participation events. Before this, she completed her degree in International Relations at SOAS, focusing on the Middle East and North Africa.

In her free time she likes to follow non-league football. She is an ardent supporter of Clapton CFC.
