Manon is a senior analyst, applying a critical eye to qualitative and quantitative research relating to the criminal justice system. She enjoys evaluating data and policies to produce achievable, evidence-based ideas of how to improve the system.
Through focus groups, Manon specialises in using insights from service users to inform evidence-based recommendations on improvements to the crime and justice system.
Before joining Crest, Manon worked in prisons on relationship and substance abuse projects, establishing a family service at HMP Wandsworth.
In her spare time, Manon enjoys cold water swimming and is a member of a London-Welsh choir.
