
As part of the Strategy and Insight team, Madeline supports Crest with qualitative and quantitative analysis for research and consulting projects. Her professional interests include tackling youth safety issues and facilitating the participation of vulnerable stakeholders in decision making.
Madeline works on research projects focused on addressing youth safety issues across the U.K. Madeline has concentrated her skills on stakeholder engagement to ensure that the voices of young people are meaningfully captured in the research and recommendations of projects. Madeline also works on consultancy projects considering the impact of enabling technologies on police productivity.
Madeline holds a Law degree from King’s College London in English Law with American Legal Studies. A keen sportswoman, she has represented her county and university playing netball and lacrosse. Madeline currently plays for an LGBTQ+ lacrosse team in her free time.
