Jess supports both the communications team on our public inquiry work and the strategy & insight team, providing insight into our policy research through leading interviews and conducting qualitative analysis across a number of projects.  

She recently completed postgraduate research in Gender (MSc) at the London School of Economics (LSE) with a focus on tracking UK media narratives on migration and gendered representation at the Channel border site. Jess has previously worked to support communications strategy and analysis for charitable organisations in the UK and overseas.
