Isabelle De-Ferrer


Isabelle is a second year Generalist on the Civil Service Fast Stream and is on a secondment to Crest for six months.


Her most recent work has focused on EU Exit policies where she acted as a strategic advisor to HMRC on freeports. She has worked as parliamentary bill officer in the Department for Environment on a range of policy issues. 


Prior to joining Crest, Isabelle completed a degree in Geography at the University of Leeds, specialising in politics and international security. During that time she undertook a year long academic exchange at the National University of Singapore. 


Achievements include:


  • Writing speeches for Ministers in the House of Commons and the House of Lords, in addition to providing box support during the debates. 

  • Elected as Fast Stream Forum Programme Manager where she lead the development of corporate opportunities and activities for the Fast Stream.
