Isabelle is a second year Generalist on the Civil Service Fast Stream and is on a secondment to Crest for six months.
Her most recent work has focused on EU Exit policies where she acted as a strategic advisor to HMRC on freeports. She has worked as parliamentary bill officer in the Department for Environment on a range of policy issues.
Prior to joining Crest, Isabelle completed a degree in Geography at the University of Leeds, specialising in politics and international security. During that time she undertook a year long academic exchange at the National University of Singapore.
Writing speeches for Ministers in the House of Commons and the House of Lords, in addition to providing box support during the debates.
Elected as Fast Stream Forum Programme Manager where she lead the development of corporate opportunities and activities for the Fast Stream.
