The Fire Fighters Charity exists to help serving and former members of the UK’s fire family to live healthier and happier. From accessing information and resources to help you make positive changes to your lifestyle or support with recovery following injury or illness the Charity offers a range of health and wellbeing support, tailored to your individual needs. The Charity also offers a 24/7 crisis phone line. If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts call our crisis line on 0300 373 0896.

Shout provides a free 24/7 text support service for emergency services staff and first responders. Text BLUELIGHT to 85258 to talk by text with a trained crisis volunteer.

Mind
Mind provides a variety of resources for support around mental health and wellbeing, including online resources and helplines.
