Eleanor is a Civil Service Fast Streamer seconded to Crest to work on Strategic Needs Assessments and Crest's projects with the Crown Prosecution Service.
Eleanor previously worked at the Department for Work and Pensions as a Disability and Health Analyst. Here, she worked on looking at the impact of the Covid and post-Covid world on Personal Independence Payment (PIP), designing a microsimulation model to forecast volume of individuals claiming PIP. She also worked as Data Design Analyst for the Valuation Office Agency.
Eleanor has a BSc in Biology from the University of York.
